Aeptha Was born Jill Jennette in Spartanburg, S.C. and spent the large part of her youth and young adulthood in Charlotte, N.C. Drawn to the classical arts, she studied the violin and danced in the Charlotte Regional Ballet Company for many years. Late in her nineteenth year while away at college, through a series of incidences including misdiagnosis and questionable medical practices she found her world radically changed. For the next five years there were extensive hospitalizations and medical interventions which resulted in a desperate life and death struggle.

It was also during that time that the veils between the worlds became very thin and Aeptha began to see that much of what she had been taught in her traditional Methodist up bringing was incomplete. After several deep encounters with Spirit, she left behind the traditional medical model and began a deep and integrative healing process. During those years of self-exploration, healing, growth and study she found that her physical, emotional, mental and spiritual consciousness had the unique capacity to be a mediator for very powerful and loving cosmic consciousness. She balanced her inner life work with outer level achievements which included a Masters in Human Development and Learning and a very successful private practice in counseling. She also studied the connections between illness and the body while working as a massage therapist. During that time she studied the effects of sound, touch and other healing alternatives to support the integration of mind, body and spirit into wholeness.

In 1991 Aeptha and Eushahn married, drawn together by their commitment to the spiritual path and a deep and abiding love. Light Haven was born into the earth plane and established in Charlotte, NC in 1993. Shortly thereafter, Shakmah Winddrum became Eushahn and Aeptha’s physical plane teacher. They have studied extensively with this powerful and gifted master teacher. After moving to the foothills of North Carolina with Light Haven in 1996, Aeptha and Eushahn began to travel extensively, visiting and working at a number of the worlds sacred places. Now their primary focus is at Light Haven on the ever expanding work which includes ceremonial services, teaching and individual private work supported by an extensively trained staff of initiates.

Eushahn Was born Harry Russell Lontz II in Richmond, Indiana and became quickly affectionately called “Skipper” by his loving parents. As a toddler he went through a horrific accident that resulted in extensive burns which were expected to result in his death. After an extensive period of recovery and the medical intervention of a very insightful nurse, Eushahn fully recovered.

He spent many happy days on the family farm after this difficult beginning. At the age of nine, his life once again underwent a dramatic shift with the death of his mother. When his father remarried, they moved from the country into the city: yet another childhood adjustment. In his early twenties he married and became a proud father to his two beloved children.

During that time, he received his Masters of Arts in Education and an Educational Specialist in Counseling. While he began to explore esoteric thought, Eushahn's primary focus was on family and his work. Life challenge reappeared as he and his wife divorced. He deepened his esoteric studies and continued his own spiritual and healing process, recognizing that in the face of the most painful circumstances, deep pearls of wisdom and insight may be found. His mystical nature and leanings toward Eastern thought led his faith into a level of surrender and trust to Spirit. After moving into a leadership role with the School of Metaphysics in St. Louis, he was called to move his family to North Carolina. Here he raised his children and taught third grade.

It was also during this time that Aeptha and Eushahn met at a worship service that Aeptha was conducting. With his children entering young adulthood, Eushahn was called away from his teaching career in the school system to move into his work with Light Haven. He committed himself to the full time responsibility of both the inner and outer level needs of Light Haven which include the essential component of administration and business skill that keep operations running smoothly. His inner level contact deepened and his ceremonial magical training was intensified. Both he and Aeptha traveled back and forth to Philadelphia extensively to broaden their training with Shakmah Winddrum. Now with the work at Light Haven increasing, Eushahn spends all of his time in service to Light Haven.
